How long will my lesson last?

Lessons typically last around 2.5 hours depending on group requirements.

How many people will be in my lesson?

We can currently take groups of up to five people. We try to group single bookings together - let us know if you would prefer a one-to-one session or a private booking.

What should I wear?

Please be aware that you will get wet! The lesson includes learning how to self-rescue should you fall off your board or capsize your kayak, so you will do some swimming and depending on the weather it may get chilly! Wetsuits are not a requirement but you may wish to wear one if you own one. Otherwise layers, long sleeve rash vests are advisable, no heavy cotton or denim etc. Footwear is recommended. Please bring something warm and dry for the end of the lesson.
